No contract window set. A budget can still be entered, but the spread, the forecast and the variance suppression window have no duration to work with until the contract start and finish are recorded in Project Settings.
No project identity to record a budget against. Every budget line is stamped with who entered it, and Huntly has no login to take that from, so it uses the nominated Timekeeper Approver. Set one in Project Settings to enable saving.
Hours only. Huntly holds no rate, no dollar figure and no currency amount anywhere — the accounting system applies every rate. A saved budget line is never edited in place and never deleted: changing one records a new revision and keeps its predecessor readable, so what was budgeted at the time stays part of the commercial record.
